After reaching the skill level of 150, the first aid trainer can no longer teach you new first aid formulas, you must then travel to a particular vendor to get your next set of skills.
Alliance: If you are Alliance you will need to travel to Stromgarde (Arathi Highlands) and purchase Expert First Aid (Buy world of warcraft gold )– Under Wraps from Deneb Walker. After you right click the book and learn the skill you will be able to level your first aid up to 225. While you are there it is also a good idea to buy Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage so that you have both ready when you are able to learn these formulas.
Directions to Deneb Walker: Zone into Arathi Highlands and head towards Stromgarde Keep (in the southwestern part of the zone). Follow the road into Stromgarde Keep, once you enter take the first right you see and continue to follow the road as it turns right. Go over the bridge and take another right and then turn right to see Deneb standing by a well.
Horde: If you are Horde you will need to travel to Brackenwall Village (Dustwallow Marsh) and purchase Expert First Aid – Under Wraps from Balai Lok'Wein. Once you've right clicked the book and learn the skill you will be able to level your first aid up to 225. It's also a good idea to buy Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage so that you have both ready when you are able to learn these formulas.
Directions to Balai Lok'Wein: Once you are in Brackenwall Village stand directly in front of the wind rider master and face inside the town. You will see a Brackenwall Enforcer (an ogre) standing directly across from you at the base of a tower. Run to that ogre and turn right, you will see a female troll over to the right of you (Balai Lok'Wein) run to it and buy your formulas.
